Alice in Wonderland is proving to be a lovely text to stimulate learning. For history in Brastyl 2 we have been looking at photographs of the original Alice and her governess, and investigating how their lives would have differed from our own. We have been doing a lot of maths work using playing cards which you may may wish to support with family card games at home (there are lots of ideas for easy card games to help with maths on the internet if, like me, you forget the rules in between each time of playing!). This week we started creating our own rabbit hole to wonderland with the children designing their own special corner of the classroom. I'm looking forward to seeing it develop.
