Last week in Brastyl 2 we did a lot of measuring. We used standard and non-standard units to measure length and capacity. One day we had a challenge to find out who could collect 20 items to fit in a small pot. Everyone worked hard, but it was tricky to keep track of how many items had been collected! This week we are thinking about place value in numbers over ten. You could practise this at home using 10p and 1p coins. We will be choosing reading books to take home this week-please make sure reading wallets are in school every day. Don't forget you can listen to the books being read here.
