Brastyl Barrule have been talking about nutrition this week. We did a breakfast survey, then looked at some research about what made a good breakfast. We discovered that a good breakfast should contain protein, complex carbohydrates and fruit or vegetables. On Thursday we designed and made three healthy breakfast dishes to share; courgette and cheese wholemeal scones, fruit porridge and scrambled egg and spinach on granary toast. It was all extremely delicious!
