Traa as Argid-Time and Money! Last week in our numeracy lessons we did a lot of work on coin values. We also did some work on time, thinking about the timings in a typical school day. It would be really useful if you could do regular practice at home with your child to see how well they understand coin values and amounts of money- in a real life context if possible. Also, drawing attention to analogue and digital clock times for o'clock and half past times would be beneficial (eg school starts at 9.00 and ends at 3.30 ;) Check out our gallery for pictures of our evolving circus topic, and a couple of stills from science films I made last week where the children explained how forces are involved in moving and stopping vehicles.
