This week in Brastyl 2 we have been using our knowledge about pushes, pulls and friction to help us move heavy objects. We carried out experiments in and out of the classroom and discovered that rollers could reduce friction ('screebey'), but that using them was a tricky technique requiring teamwork and concentration. If you have been following our sight word e-books, this week we read 'C'raad ta'n chayt'. In maths we were learning about take away sums using physical apparatus and number-lines. Yesterday afternoon Jishag Anouk came in to share some circus skills with the class. Check out the Brastyl 2 gallery for pics!
